During SEMICON CHINA 2008, Anji Microelectronics (Shanghai) Co. Ltd., presented a newly-designed booth showing its young, positive and energetic spirit to the world.  Technology innovation and emphasis on green products for better environment-protection was the theme throughout the exhibition. From March 18th to 20th, Anji greeted many customers, partners and colleagues around the world.  Chris Yu, the president of Anji, was invited to host the CMP & Cleaning technical seminar organized by CSMIC, while the other three representatives from Anji were also invited to give presentations on CMP and photoresist removing.  This is a great recognition for Anji’s technical leadership in the fields of CMP and wafer cleaning.
